Refund policy
Due to the personalized nature of our custom cups, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on items once they have been personalized.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with issues. You must contact usps or ups and file a claim if anything was damaged as there is insurance on you’re packages.
